A sweet heart made of almonds.
The Sardinian amaretto is without doubt one of the most appreciated Sardinian sweets. It's made of a paste of almonds and sugar which after the right cooking gets the characteristic balance between sweet and bitter.
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar, Almonds (45%), Eggs or derivates, Water, Flavourings.
It may contain cereals, gluten, milk and derivates.
