Tronchetti
Small and tasty bites of Sardinia.
Tronchetties are a quite common sweet in the tradition of the whole island, they are small bites made with hazelnut flour and raisins, while everything is flavored by a mix of spices like cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.
INGREDIENTS:
Sultanas ( Sultana raisins, cottonseed oil is not hydrogenated), almonds, sugar, eggs and/or derivatives, Hazelnut, Flour, Durum Wheat Semolina, Water, Cinnamon, Saporita (coriander seeds, cinnamon, caraway seeds, nails cloves, nutmeg, star anise), Herbs, Vanilline.
It may contain traces of milk and derivatives, sulfur dioxide.
